Kelsey Brousseau graduated from Springfield College with a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.  She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and is dedicated to improving the lives of those with disabilities.

Ms. Brousseau joined CRC Vocational Services as the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) supervisor in 2023..  In this role, she oversees the MassAbility Pre-ETS contract and supervises our employment and transition specialists, develops workshop programming and collaborates with key stakeholders in delivering successful programming within local high schools.

Ms. Brousseau has over 10 years of professional experience working with adults, specifically 18-22 years old, with disabilities. She has expertise in providing transition services with a focus on vocational interests and job placement. Passionate about her role as CRC Vocational Services’ Pre-ETS Supervisor, Ms. Brousseau is dedicated to leveraging her expertise to enhance vocational opportunities and looks forward to continuing to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities.
