Erin S. Bailey
CRC, ABVE

Manager - MassAbility Programs

Ms. Bailey has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior vocational rehabilitation consultant and vocational expert witness at CRC Services. In addition to being a nationally certified rehabilitation counselor, Ms. Bailey is a Diplomat of the American Board of Vocational Experts and a licensed rehabilitation counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also a certified International Psychometric Evaluator.

Ms. Bailey oversees and supervises CRC vocational consultants on all state, private, and governmental contracts. She engages in program oversight and development, budget management, participates in recruiting, hiring and mentoring new staff while also providing training and support to the vocational consultants and administrative staff in the firm.

As the MassAbility Programs Manager, Ms. Bailey works directly with our program supervisors and employment & transition specialists to ensure services are being delivered to adult consumers and students in a timely and professional manner. She provides general oversight to the Competitive Integrated Employment Services (CIES) and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) contracts to guarantee our service delivery is consistent with our mission and vision as a company.  Ms. Bailey collaborates with MassAbility managers and supervisors regarding budgetary management, contractual obligations, service delivery and overall program growth.

Ms. Bailey is an adjunct faculty member at Springfield College in the Rehabilitation and Disability Studies Department, where she instructs graduate-level students on vocational rehabilitation and case management.

Ms. Bailey is actively involved with the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals at the national level.  She is currently President-Elect, and previously served as the director of Membership & Marketing and secretary to the Vocational Rehabilitation and Transition Services section.  Ms. Bailey also served at the local level and was President of the New England Chapter, also serving on the board in various capacities. She is a peer-reviewer for those pursuing Board Certification through the American Board of Vocational Experts.

Ms. Bailey graduated from Springfield College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and criminal justice. She subsequently obtained a master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling, focusing on psychiatric and substance use disorders.
