Francesco Fazzolari, joined CRC Services LLC in 2018. Mr. Fazzolari is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
 

As a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant with CRC Services, LLC, Mr. Fazzolari provides vocational assessment interviews of veterans with service-connected disabilities, seeking TDIU: Total Disability Individual Unemployability benefits, and independent living assessments with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Fazzolari also performs vocational assessment interviews, vocational testing, transferable skills analyses, labor market surveys, and develops comprehensive vocational rehabilitation plans for injured workers; consisting of job-seeking skill training, job placement, and identifying feasible retraining programs if applicable.
 

Mr. Fazzolari serves as an impartial vocational expert witness for the Social Security Administration, Office of Hearing Operations throughout all of New England, New York, & New Jersey. He provides impartial vocational expert testimony before Administrative Law Judges relative to job classifications, skill transferability, as well as responding to various hypothetical questions and testifying to workforce statistics.
 

Prior to joining team CRC Services, Mr. Fazzolari worked for the State of Connecticut Disability Determination Services (CT DDS) as the Medical/Professional Relations Officer for 7 years.

Mr. Fazzolari also worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor/Disability Claims Examiner and Senior Claims Examiner for the CT DDS for 8 years, where he adjudicated disability claims for the Social Security Administration claims at the initial, reconsideration and continuing disability levels. Mr. Fazzolari managed a caseload of 120+ claimants as well as assisted in the education and training of new disability claims examiners.
 

Mr. Fazzolari has work experience with Integrated Disability Resources as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor in the retail department of the Ticket-to-Work Program and independently managed a caseload of 40+ disabled clients.
 

Mr. Fazzolari also worked for New England Business Associates as a vocational consultant. There he organized facilitated meetings with local employers to explore vocational opportunities for suitable consumers. Mr. Fazzolari assisted clients with resume and cover letter development, job skills training, identification of suitable employment opportunities and job placement services.
 

Mr. Fazzolari graduated from Springfield College with a Masters's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and concentration in Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment (2003).
