Employment & Transition Specialist - MassAbility

In 2022, Michael Lundin began his career with CRC Vocational Services, LLC. as an Employment & Transition Specialist.  In this role, he works with the Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, now known as MassAbility. Mr. Lundin provides vocational guidance and counseling, in addition to job placement services to adults with disabilities.  He also conducts workshops with students at local high schools who are receiving Pre-Employment Transition Services through MassAbility.  Mr. Lundin educates students in the areas of Job Exploration, Work Readiness Training, Self-Advocacy and Post-Secondary Education training.

 

After graduating from college, Mr. Lundin spent time in Florida and worked for the Sarasota Drug Court Program.  He also worked in Minnesota in the Alcohol and Addiction’s field as a counselor.  He then transitioned to working in high schools as a mental health practitioner, working with elementary to high school students on skills to improve their interpersonal skills and behaviors.

Mr. Lundin graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Human Services in 2007.  He was raised in Northern Minnesota and has strong interests in the outdoors, woodworking and sports.
