Mary Kate Bailey joined CRC Services, LLC in 2024 as an Employment and Transition Specialist. With over 18 years of experience as a case manager, she is committed to providing support and vocational guidance to a diverse range of individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve independence and reach their full potential.

Ms. Bailey is dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities in achieving successful employment and enhancing their quality of life through personalized support and advocacy. Ms. Bailey is also committed to serving our youth as they transition from high school to post-secondary education, or the world of work.  She motivates students to continue meeting their academic, vocational and independent living objectives.  She is passionate about building rapport and advocating for her clients. 

Currently, she is pursuing her M.Ed. in Rehabilitation Counseling and holds a B.A. in Urban Studies.  Ms. Bailey is also an active member of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals, American Counseling Association and has previously been involved with the New England Claims Association. Mrs. Bailey strives to improve her skills and knowledge to better serve individuals and help them overcome vocational and educational challenges.
