Career Exploration and Engagement

Career Exploration and engagement is a comprehensive combination of interest and aptitude testing along with vocational goal planning. Individuals may participate in career development virtual platforms, job shadowing, trial work experiences, along with informational interviews with employers and/or training programs. This assessment includes vocational guidance and counseling designed to assist individuals in identifying and learning about job opportunities in particular careers and areas of interest in industry sectors. Our goal is to assist individuals in developing realistic and meaningful employment goals based on interest preferences, labor market analysis, and information gained during the assessment process. Review of findings and recommendations will generate reports to assist in future vocational planning.
